We con­grat­u­late our four trainees to the award!

Con­fer­ring of the Dr. Kapp Exem­plary Award

On June 27, 2023, the Dr. Kapp Exem­plary Award was con­ferred in the Kaiser­saal at Kloster Banz. With the message “Vol­un­tary work is the bond of our society” a total of 35 trainees from Upper Fran­con­ian bayme member com­pa­nies received the award for their vol­un­tary activ­i­ties from Matthias Kapp, Managing Director of the KAPP NILES group of com­pa­nies, Patrick Püttner, Managing Director of the bayme Upper Fran­co­nia office and Heidrun Piw­er­netz, District Pres­i­dent of Upper Fran­co­nia.

For the 19th time young people from all Upper Fran­con­ian com­pa­nies in the metal and elec­tri­cal industry that that are members of the bayme business asso­ci­a­tion were able to apply for the Dr. Kapp Exem­plary Award 2023. The winners were selected by a jury, which included training managers from Upper Fran­con­ian com­pa­nies. Prize money totaling 10,000 euros was dis­trib­uted.

Our trainees Lukas Bauer and Phil Öckler received a category three award for their com­mit­ment to the fire depart­ments in their home com­mu­ni­ties. Lukas Martin, active at the model railway friends Rödental and super­vi­sor of the youth group there, also received an honor in category three. Jerome Mor­gen­roth was honored with the category two for his work as a life­guard and para­medic at the water rescue and the BRK Coburg.

We are proud of the honorary posi­tions of our trainees and wish them a lot of fun in the future!
