We have set ourselves the task of manufacturing large, high-precision milling, grinding and turning machines and produce XXL machines for customers from all over the world.

Our manufacturing and service network is second to none. Innovative service concepts or the modernization of existing machines with state-of-the-art control systems are our top priority.

Since 2006, we have invested more than 60 million euros in the Coburg site — in renewable energies, new assembly halls, our machinery and in the working environment of our employees.

Our company history

In 1919, the engineer Adolf Waldrich (until then a partner in the company H.A. Waldrich Siegen) came to Coburg together with the engineer Emil Hardt. They took over a small factory in Gerbergasse with 20 employees and founded the company “Globuswerke” in February 1920 …
