At the company head­quar­ters in Coburg, we man­u­fac­ture high-pre­ci­sion portal milling machines, vertical lathes and grinding machines.

Our machines are used world­wide in almost all indus­tries, for example in the machin­ing of com­po­nents for wind turbines, in power plant and mechan­i­cal engi­neer­ing, and in tool and mold making.

4‑day-week? With us it works!

At our company we place great emphasis on work-life balance and the pro­mo­tion of a healthy working envi­ron­ment. The 4‑day week is an inno­v­a­tive working time arrange­ment that offers our employ­ees many advan­tages. Due to the fact that the 4‑day-week is lived with us from Monday to Thursday, you have an extended weekend to recharge your bat­ter­ies or spend time with loved ones. You can recover better and start the new work week with less stress.

It allows you to better balance your pro­fes­sion­al and personal life and enjoy the best of both worlds. In addition to the improved work-life balance, our employ­ees benefit from increased pro­duc­tiv­i­ty and con­cen­tra­tion. This leads to more effi­cient work and enables our employ­ees to achieve more in less time. Despite these reduced working hours, our special payments made are all based on the col­lec­tive­ly agreed full-time working hours of 35 hours per week. If work is per­formed on a Friday, this counts as overtime for us.

We are proud to offer our employ­ees the 4‑day-week as an attrac­tive benefit.
