Retrofit
Every machine tool is subject to wear and tear during operÂaÂtion. The availÂabilÂiÂty of a machine drops over the years due to the need for often unplanned repairs. The supply of spare parts, espeÂcialÂly elecÂtriÂcal comÂpoÂnents, becomes increasÂingÂly difÂfiÂcult with advancÂing age. The lack of spare parts can render the entire machine unusable. Reliable proÂducÂtion planning becomes imposÂsiÂble.
Spare parts
To be able to react as quickly as possible to malÂfuncÂtions, we have a large number of mechanÂiÂcal and elecÂtriÂcal spare parts in stock. In addition, we would be pleased to prepare an indiÂvidÂuÂalÂly designed spare parts package for your invenÂtoÂry.
Even for older machinÂery the supply of spare parts in ensured due to our comÂpreÂhenÂsive docÂuÂmenÂtaÂtion. If indiÂvidÂual spare parts are no longer availÂable, we can draw on a large number of tried and tested subÂstiÂtute soluÂtions.
Remote Service
Since 1986 our service engiÂneers, located in Coburg, have been able to access Waldrich Coburg machinÂery installed around the world to diagnose the cause of any malÂfuncÂtions that occur. This stateÂment applies to all conÂtroller types and various conÂfigÂuÂraÂtions impleÂmentÂed.
Our expeÂriÂence shows that a large portion of the malÂfuncÂtions can be recÂtiÂfied quickly with the aid of teleÂserÂvice, either directly or in colÂlabÂoÂraÂtion with your perÂsonÂnel on site.
Repairs
Whether it is an on-site visit to our customer’s facility, or the repair work is comÂpletÂed in our speÂcialÂized departÂments; our highly qualÂiÂfied service staff can solve every problem.
Along with our decades of expeÂriÂence, you profit from our comÂpreÂhenÂsive machine docÂuÂmenÂtaÂtion. Detailed drawings and part lists are the basis for the shortest possible lead and repair times.
MechanÂiÂcal proÂcessÂing
Use our knowhow for machinÂing your large work pieces Even if you do not own a WALDRICH COBURG, you do not need to forego high preÂciÂsion comÂpoÂnents.
Our satÂisÂfied cusÂtomers produce products in a wide range of sectors: Power station comÂpoÂnents, diesel engines, rolling mill plants, printing presses and machine tools, aeroÂspace, general mechanÂiÂcal engiÂneerÂing, and much more.
MainÂtainance / InspecÂtion / AdjustÂments
For reliable proÂducÂtion planning it is necÂesÂsary to identify and to take into account impendÂing mainÂteÂnance and repair measures at an early stage.
Regular mainÂteÂnance is the most imporÂtant preÂvenÂtive measure to ensure high system availÂabilÂiÂty and thereÂfore cost-effecÂtive operÂaÂtion. We recÂomÂmend a mainÂteÂnance interval of six to twelve months dependÂing on the machine type and appliÂcaÂtion. For improved preÂdictabilÂiÂty, WALDRICH COBURG can develop a specific mainÂteÂnance contract for your machine.
Even if there are no current problems, regular inspecÂtions to record the conÂdiÂtion of the machine should be planned. Our speÂcialÂly qualÂiÂfied and trained perÂsonÂnel underÂtake these inspecÂtions based on machinÂery-specific inspecÂtion lists, and prepare a detailed report with recÂomÂmenÂdaÂtions.
Over time, the machine geometry can change due to various effects. AdjustÂments are thereÂfore imperÂaÂtive and are underÂtakÂen quickly and reliably by our expeÂriÂenced staff.
TechÂniÂcal customer conÂsulÂtant
As a result of the high comÂpetÂiÂtive pressure, there is often hardly any time left to carry out mainÂteÂnance on the comÂpaÂny’s own machines and means of proÂducÂtion.
Because of workload or cost-cutting measures, the machines are pushed to their perÂforÂmance limits and the risk of an unplanned breakÂdown in conÂnecÂtion with high mainÂteÂnance costs is accepted.
The risk can already be drasÂtiÂcalÂly reduced by a simple and, above all, strucÂtured service check. We offer these short assignÂments excluÂsiveÂly to our cusÂtomers in Central Europe.
TrainÂings
Safety and well-trained perÂsonÂnel are the basis for a smooth proÂducÂtion process. Due to changing frameÂwork conÂdiÂtions and new chalÂlenges of our time, this basis is increasÂingÂly impaired. Current chalÂlenges such as a shortage of skilled workers, genÂerÂaÂtional change and the new digÂiÂtalÂized world of work are putting proÂducÂtion and its employÂees to the test.
You want to embrace these changes and respond quickly and well to staff changes, genÂerÂaÂtional shifts and digÂiÂtized ways of working. We support you in this process.
With our trainÂings, we want to conÂtribute to a stable, optiÂmized and safe way of working. In doing so, we coorÂdiÂnate with your needs and offer training that is indiÂvidÂuÂalÂly tailored to your WALDRICH COBURG machine.
Find the training that suits you
Machine transfer
Whether because of re-strucÂturÂing or sale, the objecÂtive of every machine transfer is to re-comÂmisÂsion the machine with as little loss of proÂducÂtion as possible.
Profit from our many years of expeÂriÂence with more than 3,000 machine tools and the know-how obtained during the instalÂlaÂtion, planning, and realÂizaÂtion of the most comÂpreÂhenÂsive projects.
