When it comes to manÂuÂfacÂturÂing compact linear guides, RailÂGrind sets new stanÂdards. This preÂciÂsion grinding machine guarÂanÂtees maximum accuracy through innoÂvÂaÂtive multi-tasking machinÂing
In the two-support (2 Unit) version, both profile sides of the linear guide rails are ground simulÂtaÂneÂousÂly – quickly, effiÂcientÂly, and with absolute preÂciÂsion. The three-support version goes even further: two vertical grinding spindles machine the profile side surfaces, while a horÂiÂzonÂtal grinding spindle perfects the contact surface. The result?
