As an electronics technician for industrial engineering, you are the master of voltage. You ensure that our systems run safely and reliably.
Your mission:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical operating, production, and process equipment
- From switchgear and control systems to complex energy supply systems
Your territory:
Wherever our production and operating facilities are in use, you are in demand. You keep the technology running and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Industrial mechanics, aka screw virtuosos | Screw virtuoso
Here you master the mechanics!
As an industrial mechanic, you are a virtuoso of precision. You ensure that our machines and systems work together perfectly—reliably and efficiently.
Your mission:
- Manufacture of equipment parts and assemblies for machines and production facilities.
- Setting up, restructuring, and getting complex systems up and running
- Monitoring and optimizing manufacturing processes as well as repair and maintenance tasks
Your territory:
In all assembly areas—and sometimes also outside at customier site assembly. Wherever technology and skill are required, you are right in the thick of things, keeping production running smoothly.
Technical product designers, aka idea generators

Your mission:
- Participate in the development of systems and machinery
- Creation of 3D data models and technical documentation for components and assemblies

Machining mechanics, also known as shape makers

As a machining mechanic specializing in turning and milling, you are a precision shape shifter. You transform raw materials into high-precision components and ensure that our machines work together perfectly.
Your mission:
- Machining workpieces in production
- Working on milling, turning, and grinding machines, as well as on our WALDRICH COBURG machining centers
- Manufacture of gearboxes, shafts, spindles, stands, beds, and other high-precision machine components

IT specialists, aka data wizards

As an IT specialist, you are our company’s data wizard. You create digital solutions, network systems, and bring order to complex data worlds.
