WALDRICH COBURG strength­ens coop­er­a­tion with SUMEC and Sinomach

WALDRICH COBURG can look back on a very suc­cess­ful exhi­bi­tion appear­ance at the China International Import Expo (CIIE). The high­light of the exhi­bi­tion was the signing of a coop­er­a­tion agree­ment with SUMEC and Sinomach. The ceremony was broad­cast on Chinese tele­vi­sion, CCTV1. This public signing gen­er­at­ed nation­wide pub­lic­i­ty and strength­ened WALDRICH COBURG’s position in China.

Chris­t­ian Wassermann’s pre­sen­ta­tion to a spe­cial­ist audience attract­ed par­tic­u­lar atten­tion. More than 280 spec­ta­tors were present on site and in the livestream. Wasser­mann pre­sent­ed the inno­v­a­tive “TAURUS Universe” and offered inter­est­ed parties valuable insights into the new devel­op­ments from WALDRICH COBURG.

In a festive ceremony, WALDRICH COBURG used the exhi­bi­tion to seal the new purchase agree­ments with its long-standing customer Qinchuan Machine Tool & Tools for a further TAURUS 25 and WayGrind. This not only strength­ened existing business part­ner­ships, but also paved the way for future business rela­tion­ships.

Our BJO team from WALDRICH COBURG Beijing was per­son­al­ly present at CIIE together with Chris­t­ian Wasser­mann (Area Sales Manager Asia-Pacific) and exhib­it­ed at the booth of SUMEC, a leading import partner for Chinese com­pa­nies looking to purchase high-quality machines from Germany. SUMEC not only offers financ­ing options, but also supports project man­age­ment and acts as a ten­der­ing agency for ten­der­ing pro­ce­dures.

The China International Import Expo (CIIE) is an annual exhi­bi­tion in Shanghai, China.

It was first launched in 2018 to offer foreign com­pa­nies a platform to enter the Chinese market. The CIIE focuses on the import of goods and services. Com­pa­nies from all over the world take the oppor­tu­ni­ty to present their products to a Chinese audience. The exhi­bi­tion plays an impor­tant role in China’s efforts to open up its economy and promote international trade.
