Con\u00adfer\u00adring of the Dr. Kapp Exem\u00adplary Award<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

On June 27, 2023, the Dr. Kapp Exem\u00adplary Award was con\u00adferred in the Kaiser\u00adsaal at Kloster Banz. With the message \u201cVol\u00adun\u00adtary work is the bond of our society\u201d a total of 35 trainees from Upper Fran\u00adcon\u00adian bayme member com\u00adpa\u00adnies received the award for their vol\u00adun\u00adtary activ\u00adi\u00adties from Matthias Kapp, Managing Director of the KAPP NILES group of com\u00adpa\u00adnies, Patrick P\u00fcttner, Managing Director of the bayme Upper Fran\u00adco\u00adnia office and Heidrun Piw\u00ader\u00adnetz, District Pres\u00adi\u00addent of Upper Fran\u00adco\u00adnia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For the 19th time young people from all Upper Fran\u00adcon\u00adian com\u00adpa\u00adnies in the metal and elec\u00adtri\u00adcal industry that that are members of the bayme business asso\u00adci\u00ada\u00adtion were able to apply for the Dr. Kapp Exem\u00adplary Award 2023. The winners were selected by a jury, which included training managers from Upper Fran\u00adcon\u00adian com\u00adpa\u00adnies. Prize money totaling 10,000 euros was dis\u00adtrib\u00aduted.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our trainees Lukas Bauer and Phil \u00d6ckler received a category three award for their com\u00admit\u00adment to the fire depart\u00adments in their home com\u00admu\u00adni\u00adties. Lukas Martin, active at the model railway friends R\u00f6dental and super\u00advi\u00adsor of the youth group there, also received an honor in category three. Jerome Mor\u00adgen\u00adroth was honored with the category two for his work as a life\u00adguard and para\u00admedic at the water rescue and the BRK Coburg.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We are proud of the honorary posi\u00adtions of our trainees and wish them a lot of fun in the future!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
