The new structure is in place at WALDRICH COBURG


WALDRICH COBURG will strengthen the process orientation, reach a higher dynamic and raise our efficiency with the focus on our customers. The basis for this is the new distribution of tasks in the management, which we would like to present to you today.

Falk Herkner, as "Managing Director Sales and Technology", takes over responsibility for design and marketing & communications in addition to the existing departments in sales.

In addition to mechanical design and electrical engineering, we are creating the new Research & Development department. The electrical installation, which was previously assigned to electrical engineering, is now part of the overall assembly.

Uwe Herold, who has been Managing Director at WALDRICH COBURG for 15 years, will be responsible for the "Supply Chain & Administration" sector as Managing Director. The purchasing management was reorganised. Steffen Bär takes over this position.

The new position of Process Management / Logistics / QM has been created in order to improve our process landscape in the long-term. Electrical assembly will be integrated into Alexander Raab's overall responsibility. This consists of electrical installation and switch cabinet construction. It will be managed on a cross-company basis by Johannes Kindler.

In the course of the reorganisation and the successfully initiated reorganisation and expansion of the service, Thorsten Steinle is now given general power of attorney for WALDRICH COBURG and Waldrich Coburg Services GmbH.
